Equine Reiki
The initial "consultation" will take about 60 minutes. I will go through a report sheet for each new horse, which will include details of the horses history, its current lifestyle, activities and aims of owner also any previous or current injuries.
If I feel the need I will conduct a gait anaylsis in walk and trot.
I will need a quite space to perform the treatment in, away from any distractions. I work my way through the treatment, letting the horse guide me to the areas that need the most attention, reading their responses and picking up on body language as i go. If during the session I feel the owners energy is affecting the healing in any way I will ask them to step outside or if need be perform some effective releases on them to balance their energies before I continue.
Once I have finished the session I will discuss with the owner what I felt and picked up on and if there is a need for any further treatments.

The initial "consultation" will take about 60 minutes. I will go through a report sheet for each new client, which includes details of medical history and any previous or current injuries or operations.
A Reiki treatment consists of a series of traditional hand positions being placed on the body. There is little to no pressure applied by the hands, and at some points I may lift them off the body's surface to work in the auric field. All that is required of the client during the treatment is that they close their eyes, relax and open themselves to the experience.
The most commonly reported experience during a treatment is a profound sense of peace and relaxation that often lasts for days after. Other clients may slip into a light-trance or dreamlike state where memories or vivid daydreams may dance before them.
Afterwards I will discuss with the client what I felt and picked up on and you will have te opportunity to ask any questions and talk about your session.

Equine Merishia Sports Massage
The initial "consultation" will take about 90 minutes. I will go through a report sheet for each new horse, which will include details of the horses history, its current lifestyle, activities and aims of owner also any previous or current injuries.
I will conduct an assessment of conformation and gait anaylsis in walk and trot and if I feel the need on the lunge or ridden. I use slow motion software to analyse the movement and gait of the horse to pinpoint where the problems may lie, as it may go unnoticed at first look. I will also perform an assessment of muscles which will help me pin point any active stress points or muscle spasms that need attention.
The horse will then be given a full Merishia Sports Massage, targeting the specific muscles I have picked up on, to help treat and prevent any muscular tension and soreness. I also use myo-fascial release techiques and gentle mobilisation of the joints to make sure everything has a good range of motion. It is not uncommonm for me to include energy work into my session and release blockages as I find them as well, I tend to find if there is a physical problem in a specific area then a blockage will be there as well.
A range of passive stretches are performed following the massage which will help maintain flexibility between treatments and freedom of movement when ridden
Aftercare advice is provided and a veterinary report can also be done upon request.

I've been focusing this year on practicing my animal communication.
For a communication i will require a photo of your animal, i will tune in and write up my findings, this will also include any distant healing the animal may require, also a quick follow up a week later.
When we communicate with animals we need to be relaxed so our brainwaves are more open and receptive, this will help us reach the brainwave state that's needed. For all u scientists u all know there are 5 brainwave states..to communicate I need to be in delta. Delta is the most lowest frequency and is associated with dreamless sleep. Through practice I have learnt to train myself to stay awake in this state during deeper levels if meditation and awareness. The delta brainwave state corresponds to the frequency range of 0Hz to 4Hz.
I have developed my skills and am able to receive information in many different ways clairaudience, clairsentience and clairvoyance.
